TimelineQuest collects only the information required to deliver your quest: your email address, your optional name, and the language you selected at checkout. Your email is used to send your access code, your receipt, and game access links.

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the card brand and the last four digits for reconciliation of in-port sales.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Location data used during gameplay stays on your device and is only read to detect arrival at a historical milestone.

To request deletion of your data, write to info@timelinequest.com and we will respond within 30 days.
